Blockchain Expert

Job Description

TechNova Labs is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Blockchain Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and tokenization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure and scalable blockchain solutions.
• Develop and audit smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain-specific languages.
• Collaborate with front-end/back-end developers for seamless dApp integration.
• Work with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or other major blockchain platforms.
• Research and apply best practices in Web3, DeFi, and Layer 2 technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving blockchain trends and frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with tools like Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, or Ethers.js.
• Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Understanding of cryptography, hashing algorithms, and consensus mechanisms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
