- Third-Party Accounts: To utilize the full features of Deep Search, you may need to connect your accounts from third-party services (e.g., Google, Jira, Slack, Notion). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and complying with the terms of service of those third-party providers.
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Service.
- Authorization: You represent that you have the necessary authorization to connect and search the data within the third-party platforms you integrate with Deep Search.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Deep Search and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the domestic and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Deep Search.

In no event shall Deep Search, nor its developers, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
